Getting married -- or marrying off a child -- is not for the weak at heart. There are so many details, dear G-d. I came across allseated.com which is a free tool that enables you to design floorplans, organize & manage seating charts, track RSVP's & guest lists. Clearly, they have put much thought & experience into crafting this site. I suppose the site can also be used for other events such as an organizational dinner, etc. Maybe even seating for the High Holy Days in synagogue!
