More & more clients are booking service to either upgrade their computers from Windows 7 to Windows 10 or to buy new Windows 10 computers. Time is ticking and in mid-January 2020 Microsoft will stop supporting Windows 7. Resistance is futile.
But, if change is inevitable, we can at least make it easier. One of our users' biggest fears is that all their passwords are on the old computer. How will they remember all their credentials for the new computer. All those usernames & passwords are memorized in multiple browsers. Sigh! I have been very happy using password management tools to collate all my password information from multiple browsers. Then, once I switch to a new machine, I can install the password management tool & all my usernames & passwords are brought over. This method literally saves hours!
